Repeating Events
These three fields allow you to list weekly and monthly one day events.
They are optional and should be left blank unless you are listing
a Repeating Event. A Repeating Event is one that occurs
on a regular basis. For example, a weekly meeting always occurring on
Monday or a monthly meeting always occurring on the 2nd Tuesday of
the month.
Please Note: A Repeating Event is not deleted automatically
by the program as are other events. You must inform the site administrator
when you want the event removed.
If you fill in the Weekly Day field,
leave the Monthly Day # and Monthly Day fields blank. If you
fill in the Monthly Day # and Monthly Day fields,
leave the Weekly Day field blank.
The Weekly Day field specifies the day of the week for
weekly events.
The Monthly Day # field specifies the number for the day
on which monthly events occur. For Example, choose 3 for the
3rd xxxday of each month.
The Monthly Day field specifies the xxxday of the week for
monthly events.
