Find out how fit you really are with our FIT TO WIN Fitness Profile test! Fit To Win is a Fort Eustis Quality of Life Enhancement Program. The program targets all members of the Fort Eustis community. Active duty soldiers have priority, followed by their family members, military retirees and DOD civilians. Fit to Win is part of the Fort Eustis Health Promotion Program and works closely with Community Health Nursing and the Nutrition Care Division at MacDonald Army Health Center (MAHC).
> What We Offer
- Basic Fitness Test (free): blood pressure, heart rate, body weight, body fat, strength, flexibility, aerobic
- Deluxe Fitness Test ($40): basic fitness test plus 13 body circumference measurements, body mass index, waist to hip ratio, choice of treadmill or cycle ergometer aerobic test, body fat analysis
- Run/Walk/Swim For Your Life (free): self-paced programs using running, walking and swimming
- Fitness Handouts and Brochures (free)
- Basic Orientation (free): your choice of available strength circuits
- Deluxe Orientation ($40.00): tell-show-do training on your choice of available strength circuits.
- Wellness Profile ($15.00): 46-question wellness test
- Health Survey ($15.00): 36-question health test
- Personal Training (various programs and fees): specific exercise programming and tell-show-do training given by certified personal trainer
- Civilian Fitness Program – Follow Me To Fitness (various fees): 6-month exercise program for Government Service civilians assigned to Fort Eustis
- Wellness Incentive Program (free): participants receive merchandise for engaging in fitness and wellness activities.

Mondays and Wednesdays ..... 0600-1000 / 1100-1500
Tuesdays and Thursdays ..... 1000-1300 / 1400-1900
Fridays ..... 0730-1300 / 1400-1630
*For customer convenience, fee-based services are also available outside of normal hours, under the following conditions:
1. Time(s) must be agreed upon between trainer and client.
2. Time(s) must fall within normal operating hours of either Anderson Field House or McClellan Fitness Center.
