The BOSS POV Resale lot located in the parking lot between Lee Boulevard, Tyler and Dickman Streets (between ACS, bldg. 601 and MWR Recreation Center, bldg. 671) is the only authorized parking areas for the advertisement and sale of POVs on Fort Eustis. Only operational vehicles owned by active duty or retired military personnel, DOD civilians are permitted to be placed in the POV Resale Lot. An Authorized individual desiring to park their POV in the Resale Lot must first obtain a 30-day Permit from the Community Recreation Center, building 671 for a fee of $15.00. Vehicles without a valid permit posted in their windshield will be reported to the Provost Marshal's Office and towed at owner's expense.
BOSS is responsible for the upkeep of the POV Lot and all proceeds goes to the BOSS Program.
